Thanks to the small number of students in the class, the teaching process is fully adapted to the needs of each individual student. Unlike the traditional approach, which does not recognize the differences between children, Tvrđava Private High School emphasizes adaptive learning, that is, learning that adapts to the student. In practice, this means that the same teaching unit is processed differently, adapting to the prior knowledge of the individual student, his personality and learning style, which is not characteristic of other private secondary schools Novi Sad. This allows each student to achieve the set educational goals at their own pace, learning in a way that suits them best.

Recognizing electronic literacy as the most important competence of the 21st century, we have equipped our classrooms with the most modern multimedia, audio and video teaching aids.
Practical Training
The changing labor market requires an expert who is ready for continuous professional development and adaptation. Therefore, in addition to quality theoretical knowledge, our school provides students with professional practice in prestigious Novi Sad companies. Practical training with our partners will give students the opportunity to apply what they have learned in practice and to learn "on the ground", from the most successful in a certain field. Experientially acquired knowledge enables students to find employment immediately after high school and gives them a basis for schooling at prestigious faculties in Serbia and abroad.
