1. Scheduling a Meeting and Informational Interview
The first step towards enrolling in Tvrđava Private High School is to schedule a meeting with our expert associates, where parents and students get acquainted with the system and mode of operation of the high school, as well as the conditions for enrollment. 2. Psychological Testing and Interview
Our expert associates conduct an initial interview with students, which consists of a conversation with an expert and testing in order to assess psychophysical abilities as well as the compatibility of the candidate for the desired major. Psychological testing and interviews last an average of about 50-60 minutes.
3. Discussion and Interpretation of Results
After the interview, our team contacts the parents to analyze the results obtained, and further agreements on joint plans and conditions of education, including an assessment of whether our High School is a suitable environment for the potential candidate. 4. Entrance Exam
If, after the psychological interview, it is established that Tvrđava High School is a potentially suitable environment for the candidate, preparation for the entrance exam follows (which is free for our candidates), as well as the entrance exam itself. For enrollment in the IT major, a mathematics test is taken, while for enrollment in the social-linguistic major, an English language test is taken.
5. Ranking List
After the entrance exam, candidates are notified of the outcome in the form of a ranking list within a few days. After the day scheduled for appeals, the final ranking list for enrollment of candidates in the desired major is published.
6. Signing the Contract and Enrollment Documentation
The last step for enrollment in Tvrđava Private High School is signing the contract and collecting and submitting the necessary documentation. Our legal service will provide you with the necessary information and support in this process.

To enroll in Tvrđava Private High School, it is necessary to submit the appropriate documentation.

- Completed application for enrollment in the appropriate grade of secondary school
- Certificate of passed graduation exam
- Elementary school certificate (sixth, seventh and eighth grade) for enrollment in the first grade or a certificate of completed previous grade of secondary school for enrollment in other grades
- Excerpt from the birth register
- Certificate of citizenship
- Copy of the parent's or guardian's identity card
- Confirmation of payment of the first installment, semi-annual tuition or tuition in full
- Signed schooling agreement between the High School and the student and parents
- Medical certificate of psychophysical ability for enrollment in secondary school
- Student booklet (provided by the school)
- Signed consent of parents/guardians regarding the reimbursement of material damage caused to school property

Discount for Advance Payments
A discount of 5% for advance payment of the annual tuition amount in full, in one installment (until August 1).
Family Discount
Two or more children from the same family receive a family discount of 15% on the tuition of the second child and 30% on the tuition of the third child.

Since we are a private institution and are not financed from the budget of the Republic of Serbia, tuition is paid upon enrollment and during schooling.
The annual tuition fee is 3,490 euros. The enrollment fee is paid each school year in the amount of 500 euros, while after that the tuition fee is paid in 10 equal monthly installments in the amount of 299 euros in dinar equivalent, starting from September to June of the current school year. The tuition fee includes books and notebooks, a backpack, a laptop (remains the property of the child after graduation), a mouse and mouse pad, a water bottle, supplementary classes, certain extracurricular activities and sections, as well as an internship at Vega IT Sourcing firm for the best students.
We also offer the possibility of scholarships for the best students, whereby the amount of tuition is paid in full for all four years of schooling.
Our answer is YES. In order for a school to operate, it must obtain a license from the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development, which allows the school to order certificates and diplomas from the Prosvetni pregled (Educational Review). There are legally prescribed forms for certificates and diplomas, so after completing your education at the Gymnasium, you receive a valid diploma, like a diploma from a state school. After completing the fourth year, students can enroll in any state or private university, as is the case with any other state gymnasium.
For enrollment in the first year of the Tvrđava Private Gymnasium, you need the following documentation:
- Certificate of completed final exam
- Primary school certificate (sixth, seventh and eighth grade)
- Excerpt from the birth register
- Copy of the parent’s or guardian’s identity card
- Medical certificate of psychophysical ability to enroll in secondary school
- Certificate of completed primary education and upbringing.
We are a school where the safety of our students comes first. Part of the enrollment procedure is a psychological assessment of each student, so that from the beginning we get to know our students and create classes in which there is a positive and friendly atmosphere. In addition to respecting clearly established legal procedures for the prevention of all types of violence, if problematic situations arise, each student is approached individually in order to eliminate the cause of the problem and prevent the occurrence of any form of violence.

For this reason, we have provided one full scholarship throughout the entire schooling for students with excellent grades in primary school. Tvrđava Gymnasium strives to provide children with an education that is above other schooling options, which is why it has joined forces with organizations that can create a quality environment with their experience and results in which children will achieve their maximum.
Acquiring practical, applicable knowledge and developing skills needed at universities and the labor market are provided through internships and scholarships offered by the well-known IT company Vega IT from Novi Sad, in the third and fourth year of schooling for our best students. The goal is for students to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills in the first two years, so that the internship gives high results.
Our adaptive learning model is tailored to the individual talents and abilities of each student. This approach enables the achievement of high results, while nurturing different interests of students. In order to achieve the given goals, the optimal number of students in the class is from 16-20 students. This number of students allows the teacher to better organize teaching activities and adapt them to each student. Each student sits alone in a desk, which is easily adaptable to organizing group work and other modern teaching methods. In the case of a large number of quality candidates, the maximum number of students per class can be 20.

Students participate in classes five times a week (from Monday to Friday), attending classes in the morning. Classes start at 8:00 AM and end at 2:20 PM. In addition to regular classes, students also attend extracurricular activities and lectures, which are mainly held after regular teaching activities. From the school year 2024/2025, the school will operate in a two-shift mode, starting at 7:30 AM.
