Working at Tvrđava Gymnasium gives me special satisfaction and fulfillment, which comes from the opportunity to prepare students for college, in terms of functional knowledge and the intensity of work in the field of programming and professional computer subjects. I am also fulfilled by the freedom I have in the implementation of teaching, where I am more guided by practice and examples that develop programming "logic", which will benefit students in their further education and later in their work in the industry. On the other hand, I also bring board games into the classroom, and I am happiest with the fact that students who think and participate are waiting for me in the classroom, and quality people with whom I gladly socialize even outside of class are in the staff room.

On the other hand, part of my job is extracurricular and project activities, and there the fun and enjoyment are unlimited! Thanks to the freedom in approach, socializing with students, and the variety of content, for me this is truly a job that is done with joy and enthusiasm.

Many people do some work just to survive and try to get through those 8 hours somehow. I do a job that I love! I do jobs that I trained for and that I am competent for. My jobs are defined and I know their importance, which helps me to do them responsibly and professionally. Team spirit and the feeling that you are part of a successful, positive, energetic team represent a special pleasure and a strong motive. We are all different, and that makes us stronger, successful, and we cooperate excellently. Mutual assistance, respect, and team decision-making are fostered in our environment. I really love this wonderful team! A special feeling is when you can start a conversation with your director about any topic and get his opinion or answer. That is the reason why I love my director primarily as a person and as a colleague, why I trust him, and why I appreciate him.
